1. Purpose

These general terms and conditions of sale (GTC) govern the use of the Lytho3D.com website and the contractual relationship between Lytho3D SRL and its customers. By placing an order on our website, you fully and unreservedly accept these terms and conditions.

3. Products and services

Lytho3D offers:

  • The creation and sale of 3D objects.

  • Custom template printing.

  • The provision of STL files or other digital formats.

Descriptions and visuals are provided for illustrative purposes only. Lytho3D cannot be held responsible for minor differences between the image and the final product.

4. Orders

  • Orders are confirmed after payment validation.

  • Lytho3D reserves the right to refuse an order in the event of a dispute or suspicion of fraud.

  • Any modification or cancellation must be requested before production or shipment.

5. Price and payment

  • Prices are shown in euros, including VAT.

  • Delivery costs are specified before order confirmation.

  • Payment is secured via our service providers (e.g. Stripe, PayPal, bank transfer).

6. Delivery

  • Delivery times are indicative and may vary depending on the complexity of the products.

  • Lytho3D is not responsible for delays attributable to the carrier.

  • The risks associated with transport are transferred to the customer as soon as the package is handed over to the carrier.

7. Right of withdrawal

In accordance with European law:

  • The customer has 14 days to withdraw after receiving the standard product.

  • Exceptions: personalized or custom-made products (e.g., 3D printing based on customer file) are not eligible for the right of withdrawal.

8. Guarantees and liability

  • Lytho3D is not responsible for indirect damages (data loss, incorrect use of the product).

  • Liability is limited to the amount of the order.

9. Intellectual Property

  • All site content (texts, images, 3D models) is protected by copyright.

  • Any unauthorized reproduction or use is prohibited.

  • Files provided by clients remain their property, but Lytho3D reserves the right to refuse any content that violates the law.

10. Personal data

Data processing is governed by our Privacy Policy. Lytho3D is committed to complying with the GDPR and protecting your personal information.

11. Disputes and applicable law

  • These conditions are governed by Belgian law.

  • In case of dispute, the courts of Brussels shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

  • An amicable solution will be sought as a priority.
